Earth Angels - Doreen Virtue
Doreen Virtue, the clinical psychologist turned angel channeller, tells Carolyn Burdet it’s time for lightworkers to step up to their power. Turn on the news channel and you’re soon convinced that the world is a violent place and we’re headed for destruction – whether by war, misadventure, or natural disaster. But tune into the whispers of the angel realms and you hear a more encouraging message – something like a Star Wars storyline calling you to join the ranks of Jedi knights.
This is a pivotal time, in some ways a battle of light and darkness within ourselves, above all a time of choice and action. The action required is to stand in your light and recognise your own actions as being accountable as a force of light or shadow. To wake up from the daily narcotic of so-called reality TV, and ensure there is peace in every step you take, and integrity in every life choice you make – from the impact of your words and thoughts on others, to the impact of your “food miles” or the apparently simple act of buying cut flowers, exotic fruit and salad vegetables on the source of water for communities in developing countries. Every action, and every act of consumption, every thought and thoughtless outburst, has an impact. The small things are suddenly part of the bigger picture. If the Earth is in the balance – and if the survival of the species that is greediest in terms of natural resources is in the balance, what’s the outcome?
