Resource Directory - Colour

Adding colour to your advertisement in the Resource directory can really make it stand out and can look very attractive for little extra cost. If you do not specify the positioning of additional colours we will use our professional judgement. Please send an example of the colour(s) required if you can. We will try to match as close as possible but some variations beyond our control may occur due to the printing process.

Additional cost per issue

FULL COLOUR: add £30
BLACK + 2 COLOUR: add £20
BLACK + 1 COLOUR: add £10

Page Display and Resource Directory Discounts

Generous discounts apply for series booking when full amount is prepaid. 5% for 2 issues, 7.5% for 3, 10% for 4, 12.5% for 5, 15% for 6 - calculated amounts shown in tables above.

Classified Advertising

£1 per word with a minimum charge of £20 (20 words), plus VAT (i.e. £23.50 including 17.5% VAT). Telephone numbers and postcodes count as one word. Email and website addresses and hyphenated words normally count as two words. Semi-display - for an extra £10 (plus VAT = £11.18) (per issue) we will add a border/frame to your advert to help it stand out amongst the regular classified adverts.

Note: Remember to state category when booking.

Layout

The first few words (no more than the first line) are put into bold capitals. Apart from this no words can be anything but standard text.

Box Nos

Box Nos. can be purchased instead of including personal address and phone number in advert. Cost of this Box No. service is £5 (£5.88 inc. VAT @ 17.5%). £10 for advertisers outside the UK. This charge covers one advertisement, one issue only.

Classified Advertising Discount

5% discount for booking an advert for two consecutive issues (paid in full in advance) 7.5% for 3 issues, 10% for 4 issues, 12.5% for 5 issues, 15% for 6 issues.

Magazine Inserts

Cost per thousand: £60 + VAT.

Minimum quantity 10,000. Maximum advised quantity 20,000. Maximum weight 10gms. Preferred sizes: A4 folded once, or single A5 sheet. Early booking is advised.
We can place inserts into the full print run. Please enquire for quantity
Overseas postings do not contain inserts. Excess weight is subject to extra charge. 3 copies of finished leaflet or mock-up must be sent before booking can be confirmed. Leaflets should arrive no later than 10 days before publication date.
